Superfish Aqua Power Circulation Pump

Aqua-Power pumps are ideal for pumping or circulating water in aquariums (and indoor fountains, biological filters and other applications). Aqua-Power circulation pumps are designed for fully submerged use and useful in planted aquariums. Cheap to run and relatively small - they're an essential tool for success when growing plants, no matter what size aquarium you have.

Plants need to sway in the current in order to take advantage of fertilisers and carbon in the water - this is exactly when the Aqua Power pumps become useful. The flow rate on these models differs due to the size and the flow is adjustable so if you find it a bit too much, you can throttle it back.
